This blog is written by a family caregiver, but it isn’t limited to caregiving. It’s a place where real life gets talked about as it is—care responsibilities, yes, but also the things that make a person a person.

Some posts are about caregiving, mental health, and the systems people have to navigate. Others are about books, music, home, aesthetics, nature, learning, creativity, or whatever feels relevant at the time. Not every post is practical. Not every post is serious. And not everything here is about care.

This isn’t a guide on how to cope. It’s a place to think, notice, question, and write without reducing life to one role.
